Birthday Highlights

I had a great birthday weekend - the 20th anniversary of my 21st birthday! I had taken the day off (thank you, birthday, for falling on a Friday!) to go have some time at the beach (without kids!!) - so I could actually maybe close my eyes??? Ended up that it needed to be a painting day - so I spend the entire day painting our bedroom. Not a fun way to spend your birthday - but definitely happy its done and glad I did it!

My parents came down Saturday and took Mason to the movies, then had the best birthday surprise ever when Allie drove her own little butt down to for dinner...thank you Allie!!!

It was a weekend of good eats, inbetween many errands, getting ready for our new bed to arrive. YAY! Sunday night we celebrated with Paul's parents with a little dessert (dinner too) at Belle Fleur...molten chocolate cake with black cherry ice cream in an almond roca cup...best thing ever!!!!
