We made our inaugural trip to the Peltzer Farms pumpkin patch in Temecula Sunday morning with the Doty's (Eliot is/has been at MSO with Mason since she started there). Hadn't been through that part of Temecula (wine country) before, so the drive definitely wet our appetites for a quick wine tasting weekend sometime in the (hopefully) near future.
Anyway, way too many cute pictures to post them all. They had pig races, pony rides, corn stalk maze, petting zoo, and a pumpkin patch, ofcourse. Mason & Eliot had a great time, McKenzie (sick and miserable) and Oliver enjoyed watching from their stroller seats and anticipating next fall when they will be running and enjoying the hay also. (sigh)
And yes, took McKenzie to the dr. on the way home - she has a viral infection, cannot go to daycare, but also no quick fix for her rash, fever and miserable feeling - time and tylenol. :( Poor thing. She is in the midst of a four hour nap as I type - ofcourse she was up all night crying, so she is beat (as are we). Mason is home today too as this county is shut down due to the fires.
